        Locomotive jack, roller-type, ДТ-30П is designed for jacking of passenger and railway carriage, cistern cars, cistern cars of all types, shunting locomotives in repair and maintenance works, with weight of the jacked part of not more than 30 tons.

        Locomotive jack ДТ-40П with electric control is designed for jacking of all types of locomotives, electric locomotives, passenger and railway carriage, refrigerator carriage when changing trolleys in the points of changing and repair of rolling stock with weight of the jacked part of no more than 40 tons.

        The jacks are supplied as a set of 4 jack columns by a common control cabinet ЭСКГ-92.001.10 and isolated control panels.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES:

  • capability to move the jack columns along the wagon axis;
  • it does not require rail-tracks for jack movement;
  • capability to move along a smooth concrete surface;
  • use of wheels on ball bearings with polyurethane coating allows the operator to move the jack without applying special efforts;
  • a drive to set the jack onto wheels supplied by the main electric motor;
  • control of lifting\lowering the column onto wheels can be done both from the main control cabinet and from local control panels;
  • weight lift lockout in position on the wheels.

The control system for jacks ЭСКГ 92.001.09 is designed to control the jack set ДТ-40П (ДТ-30П) in various modes of operation and to display the current modes of their operation.

The jack control system has the following features:

  • the control system of main cabinet ЭСКГ 92.001.09 is made with use of the switching, protecting, signaling and controlling equipment of imported production;
  • main cabinet ЭСКГ 92.001.09 uses multi-function programmed relay (MCU) to control electric motors of the jack set;
  • the electric control system circuitry is protected against external electromagnetic interference of industrial power supply networks;
  • the level of cabinet protection meets the requirements of IP56 in compliance with Std. GOST 14254-96;
  • availability of a thermostatic control box system that allows operation at temperatures from -30 ° C to + 60 ° C;
  • the required indication of operating modes is provided with LED lamps in the control cabinet.

The jack set control system has two modes of operation:

  • “Local” mode allows working with each jack independently by using a local control panel. In this mode of operation block-outs of the controlled jack are activated (thermal protection of the motor, maximal current protection of the motor, the jack is at the top, the jack is below).
  • “Remote” mode allows working with all the jacks at the same time by using the main control panel. In this mode of operation block-outs of any jack are activated (thermal protection of the motor, maximal current protection of the motor, the jack is at the top, the jack is below).

Stopping of jacks can be done by means of the buttons on the main control panel and those on the local control panel. The power cable and control cables are connected via a cable entry in the bottom of the switchboard. The jack set are not provided with power cables and control cables.
